This 6-day experiential retreat has been specifically designed for those who are ready to "do the work" required for true transformation! The different embodiment exercises, meditations, and ancient Hawaiian, Indigenous, Eastern, and Universal principles will help take you there. In this more magnified experience, we remove different toxins and distractions by way of food, social normalities, and technology to allow more of the Great Mystery of Life to arise and be met just as it exists within every cell of your body, this earth, and our universe. By accessing the ancient Wisdom of the cells, the Body Consciousness can open new possibilities and pathways of innate and profound intelligence to the mind.

The exercises span from introspective and deep individual work, to collaborative, light-hearted, and fun activities. As you look more deeply into the triggers, holdings, patterns, beliefs, and blocks you have held, not serving you, and are co-creating (through a spectrum of awareness, acknowledgment, acceptance, compassion, and non-judgment), profound shifts and awakenings can occur. The awakenings can provide new choices and opportunities that were waiting for you in the shadows or simply plain sight. These shifts in consciousness can have a lasting effect on your life, reconnecting you to that innate, authentic, and powerful YOU that has always been inside of you.
