This continuous movement meditation is designed to...

  • Create new depths of listening through your body
  • Unwind and transform blocked energies that may be holding you back
  • Open new emotional, physical, neural and habitual pathways
  • Shift your internal awareness of posture, rhythm, and breath
  • Strengthen your cardiovascular system
  • Gain some muscle strength
  • Increase your “internal speed” and “inner navigation”

Also known as the "Navigator's Dance", this practice was originally passed down and created by Kahuna Nui (Kahu) Abraham Kawai'i. This 75-90-minute experience will take you on a journey and shine the spotlight inward on the parts of you that are ready for transformation! You’ll be guided through with a tutorial of this innate movement before “flying” to different genres of music.

Discover where you have areas of fluidity, balance, and coordination as well as tension, lack of flexibility, and stress, which are also reflected in your daily life. As you move, allow, and are honest with whatever arises in the moment, you are asked to embrace those parts of yourself from a place of unconditional acceptance. As you embody this practice more and more, you'll be able to respond to the ebbs and flows of your life from a more centered and balanced place. Click here to see what movement you'll be learning.
