This 3-day workshop is for massage practitioners & therapists just starting their massage practicum to the seasoned veteran. Whether you practice lomi lomi, Shiatsu, Swedish, or other forms of massage, this is an opportunity to bring a new and more present quality of touch to your practice. During our time together, we will turn the spotlight inward to explore your inner-self & connection to bodywork through an ancient lineage of Hawaiian lomi lomi using “Ancient Hawaiian and Indigenous World View” principles. These Indigenous and Universal principles can be applied to any massage modality. The workshop will unfold similar to when some Ancient Hawaiians were on a path to becoming a master or expert in their field; by living and embodying the lessons and principles. One of the principles are "All that exists in Nature exists within you/us. Everything is interconnected. There is no separation." Another way of looking at it is, "What you do in your life you do in your massages AND what you do in your massages you do in your life."

This is a very different way of going about massage and bodywork. We may explore passive and active movement meditations that allows you to feel your own body in brand new ways. Therefore, allowing you to provide a space and environment for others to experience their own bodies in brand new ways. A focus on your comfort and body alignment will also be a part of this journey. As you embody these Indigenous and Universal principles your presence, massage technique, quality of touch, and life will begin to evolve and transform, which will lead to a greater healing of yourself and your clients.
